Yooooo what’s up guys. It’s been awhile since I posted a workout so I figured I’d post a crazy arm workout for y’all tonight. Try this and I swear your arms won’t even have a pump because they’ll be so swole.
- Seated Rows: 4×12
- Tricep Extensions: 3×15
- Lighter, just focus on squeezing and warm up tricep
- Hammer Curls: 3×15 each arm
- Tri-Set: 10 sets
- Close grip bench press: 10
- Barbell Curls: 10
- 5 second eccentric
- Side Raises: 10
