curl picYooooo what’s up guys. It’s been awhile since I posted a workout so I figured I’d post a crazy arm workout for y’all tonight. Try this and I swear your arms won’t even have a pump because they’ll be so swole.


  • Seated Rows: 4×12
  • Tricep Extensions: 3×15
    • Lighter, just focus on squeezing and warm up tricep
  • Hammer Curls: 3×15 each arm
  • Tri-Set: 10 sets
    • Close grip bench press: 10
    • Barbell Curls: 10
      • 5 second eccentric
    • Side Raises: 10


Screenshot this workout or write it down. Do whatever you gotta do to try it out because it’ll blow up your arms. Hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did!
