This workout is going to hit your chest along with your upper back and lats, both are important for a bigger bench.
Chest VOLUME Workout
- Seated Rows
- Lighter workload, warm up your lats
- Band pull aparts
- Flat bench press
- 1 Drop set after last set. 5 reps on 3 different weights
- Pull-ups <Superset> Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
- 4xFail <Superset> 4×10
- Bent Over Barbell Row
- 100 Cable Chest Fly’s AFSAP
- Ab Work
- 100 weight crunches AFSAP
