Chest and Back Workout

Happy international chest day!! Try this out and lemme know what you guys think. This workout starts out with some heavy volume, the last 1-2 reps SHOULD be difficult. More workouts coming later this week… stay tuned IMG_8039.JPG

  • Bench Press
    • 6×6
      • Heavy, should fail on the last 1-2 reps
  • Superset- 4 sets
    • Incline DB- 15
    • DB Rows- 15 each arm 
  • Wide grip pullups- 50 AFSAP
  • Superset- 4 sets
    • Tbar rows- 8
    • Fly’s (band or DB)- 20
  • Wide grip pullups- 50 AFSAP
  • Abs- 4 rounds
    • Cable crunches- 25
    • Toes 2 bar- 10
