cropped-logo-v-1.jpgNutrition can make or break physique goals and/or weight loss goals. When you hear people say that abs are made in the kitchen, they’re correct. Because you cannot OUT TRAIN a bad diet. However, the gym does still play an important part to having abs, in order to see them, you need a manageable diet.

Manageable is a very key word. Fad diets don’t work because they are not a lifestyle, they are not maintainable. The key is to find a diet that lets you live your life while still managing to meet your fitness goals. This will require some sacrifices, but there is a possible way to still maintain the ability to hang out with your friends/family and enjoy a night out.
