SHOOT DAY!!

Date- 5/20/17

Bodyweight- 160.8

Training-

  • Did some testing for my next training cycle that I am working on (Morning)
  • Before the shoot I did pump work

Diet-

  • 8am- 2 fat burners, 525mg of dandelion root
  • 11am- 3 eggs, carb master yogurt, amino acids
  • 12pm- full row of oreos with peanut butter, 2 fat burners
  • 1pm- 525mg of dandelion root
  • 7pm- Pizza Hut
  • Before Bed- Chips and Salsa
